Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure the best service and availability for all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without prior cancellation) will be charged 100% of the booked service price, plus a 13% tax.

Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you arrive late, we may not be able to fully accommodate your requested services. In such cases, we may need to adjust the services provided or reschedule your appointment to ensure the next client is not delayed.
If, due to the time constraints, we are unable to complete your service, the full service fee will still apply.
To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your reservation will be held for 10 minutes. Please message or call (647) 920-9522 if you need to make any changes.
